We have traded and invested with significant and measurable success, and have completed over 1500 transactions. We have grown substantially since 1984 with a seed capital of £250k and in 1995 took our first investment of just £100k. Since then, we have managed up to £400m worth of property. We are now collecting a rental income of £5m with a gross value of £100m.
Our liquid, tangible assets provide a secure investment that demonstrates steady growth and returns. The data analysis of our performance has shown that we have consistently performed better than comparable asset classes.
